I’m not going to start off by sharing with you, some million-times-thrashed-out, money making strategies with Google Adsense. Assuming that you already have read tons of published material on this subject and gained expertise in optimizing and tweaking your web pages for getting your share of adsense earnings, it won’t be a bad idea to show you how some people are taking advantage of the rising popularity of adsense and scamming people, especially the novices. In the process of reading hundreds of articles on ‘making money with adsense’, I stumbled on a video, the content of which was as shocking as would be its implications. I’m sure you would be as startled as I was, after you watch it. Possibly, you would even stop trusting any of those ‘money making’ promises which are openly and brazenly sold on the internet. I insist, you watch till the end as the ‘real game’ begins in the last few seconds. You’ll miss an interesting piece of web technology, if you don’t watch the whole of it. Making money online by taking Surveys? Really! How much?

Here I am, again, trying to share something useful, only after getting the first hand experience myself. I know that my observations (which follow) would help only those who are still trying to get into this side of ‘home based business’ and those, who have tried this in the past or are currently engaged in this money making tool, would agree with my assessment.

What was I doing all this while? Surfing…..on the internet. My mail box had literally been overflowing with the ‘Survey offer’ e-mails for the last one month and this nuisance started from the day I, unknowingly, stumbled on a marketing website in search of software for my computer. The only genuine mistake I committed was, to put my e-mail id in a questionnaire placed on their web page and what followed, was a flood of unsolicited e-mails from their affiliates and partner sites. One good thing happened though. I got a chance to test the legitimacy of this online money making system. The way they lure the unsuspecting and needy customers (like you and me) by splashing their flashy and ‘mouth watering’ advertisements all over the internet, prompted me to do some research and ascertain the success of this money making tool. Without exaggerating, the number of survey companies which I tried to explore, was more than a hundred and I wouldn’t be surprised if someone told me that there are thousands of such companies operating within United States only. Most of these companies claim that you can earn anywhere between $50 - $150 per day by taking simple online surveys but believe me the picture the paint is far from being true. You want to know the results of my research? Let’s have a look without beating around the bush.

Online surveys—unveiled!

1. Some sites (http://www.Paid-Surveys-at-Home.com) would ask you to pay one time membership of $49.99 (plus taxes) so as to give you access to their database consisting of unlimited offers by enlisted companies.

2. Once you gain access to their database, don’t think that you have got the key to success. Not yet. Things are not so simple.

3. You have to get registered (separately) with hundreds of companies listed in there and each registration form might take about 5-8 minutes to fill in. Besides, some companies would want you to fill up ‘Profile Surveys’ which helps them to identify which surveys are related and best suited for you. These surveys take you between 25-30 minutes to complete. You, probably, will not be able to finish the registration process in a single day. Depends on how long you can sit glued to the computer screen.

4. Assuming that you finished all the registration forms, now what? Now, wait for them to send you the surveys. Don’t worry, the inflow starts within a few minutes of the enrolment process. Fair enough! Then what is the problem?

5. For each survey you would be offered somewhere around $0.50 to $1.00 and that too if you qualify for that particular survey. Also each survey would take you about 15-20 minutes for completion. This means you are earning less than a dollar in 15 minutes. Depends on how satisfied you would be with that kind of remuneration. I leave it for you to decide. My job is only to place facts on record.

6. Alright, I know you want to tell me that companies do pay $25- $40 for taking surveys. Yes, it’s a fact but how do you get paid that much? Not by simply taking surveys but by completing ‘sponsor offers’ as well. This is the real catch which they wouldn’t let you know at the time of registration. You discover the strings attached, much later. Regarding these ‘sponsor offers’ you have to try their products for which you are supposed to pay anywhere around $8 - $10 (per offer) depending on the kind of product and the trial offer associated with the product. You would be paid a good amount ($25-$40) for completing the survey, only when you try / buy their products. If you want to take that route, your choice.

I have uploaded two videos for you to give you a clearer picture of how this system works. The 1^st one is an advertising gimmick and in the 2^nd one I found the analysis very honest and convincing. It’ll take 10 minutes of yours but will give you a true picture, at no cost. I had to spend for my research, though.
